Design Features

Flexineb E3 enables horse owners and veterinarians to easily administer care to their horses airways and lungs with tiny spherical droplets of aerosolised medication which are generated and inhaled by the patient.


Flexineb distinct design features include:

  • Converts liquid medication or natural remedies into very fine aerosol mist that is delivered directly into the lungs. 

  • Silent and fully portable with a rechargeable battery that will last up to six hours of usage. 

  • Lightweight, safe easy to use - most horses take very easily to wearing the mask.

  • Comfortable and easy to fit masks available in Pony, Standard and Extra Large
  • Automatic tuning which scans every 30 seconds and has the ability to determine optimum operation and change the number of vibrations per second if required.

Medication Administered

Flexineb will administer the following solutions directly to the lungs: 

  • Natural solutions, 0.9% saline which helps to break-up mucus and supports immune system recovery, Immunosan which contains a unique combination of high grade essential oils, scientifically proven to support the Immune System and Silverplex with its antimicrobial properties helps to fight bacteria, fungi, viruses and expel mucus.

  • Antibiotics for infections. 

  • Corticosteroids for inflammation.

  • Bronchodilators to open airways. 

Flexineb allows for a variety of medication to be administered to the horse depending on the symptoms and diagnoses. You can save on the cost of medications by using Flexineb, for example approximately 20% dosage size per procedure compared to IV.

Medication Cups

Flexineb cups come in two different types depending on what medication you are using. 

  • Grey Coded - Are recommended for use with a range of Antibiotics and Bronchodilators, as well as for Silvaplex and saline treatments.

  • Green Coded -  Are recommended for use with difficult to nebulise Antibiotics and Corticosteroids, as well as Therapies such as Balsamic Air and Immuno-San. These cups are our faster delivery cups, suitable for thicker solutions.
