BACKGROUND

JIFFY STEAMER EQUINE is an innovative division of the leading specialist company of commercial steam appliances. In accordance with our partners in the United Kingdom, HAYGAIN was developed over a number of years and inspired by the owners' personal interest in horses.  Laboratory tests were carried out at the University of Bristol in the mid-1990's but concluded that just steaming a bale of hay without penetrating the interior did not achieve the critical results required.

Further intense development over the last three years with extensive, controlled laboratory research at the Royal Agricultural College at Cirencester in the United Kingdom, together with a team of engineering experts, has now enabled us to bring the HAYGAIN Hay Steamer to the market with patented technology as an indispensable tool that benefits the health and performance of the horse.

HAYGAIN is made to the highest specifications, using cutting-edge technology and thermally efficient plastic composites. Steam is generated from the proven line of JIFFY STEAMER commercial-grade steamers.
